1.Equipment function
The rust removal and cleaning pretreatment of the metal wire surface is to remove the
oxide skin on the metal wire surface, apply a layer of borax on the surface and dry it, reduce
the hairiness and wire breakage during wire drawing, extend the service life of the mold, and
make wire drawing faster and smoother.

a. Duck-billed wire pay-off
It can realize automatic paying off and is equipped with an emergency stop device, which
can automatically stop in case of wire disorder to prevent the wire rod from being pulled.

b.Wire jumbling detection device
The function of shelling is to remove the oxide skin on the surface of the base metal of
welding materials, reduce the polishing pressure of the Sand belt polishing machine, facilitate
drawing and ensure good surface quality.

c. Sand belt polishing machine
The Sand belt polishing machine is mainly used for surface polishing in the pretreatment
process of metal wire, replacing the traditional pickling process. The polished wire surface has
no black rust, and the surface is smooth and clean, meeting the production process
requirements of metal wire

d.Boron coating tank
The function of boron coating is to increase the surface lubricant bonding property of the
base metal of welding wire and facilitate drawing. The temperature is required to be about
90 ℃. The heating method is electric heating.
e. High frequency dryer
The function of drying is to evaporate the moisture on the wire surface after boron coating,
so as to ensure the life of the drawing die. Its working principle is to heat the wire rod by
high-frequency induction and evaporate the surface moisture of the base metal to ensure the
smooth drawing process.Automatic temperature control, which can display the current drying
temperature.
