4. Equipment advantages

1) Straight line copper plating adopts the combination of electroplating and chemical

plating. The copper layer is dense, the bonding force is firm, and the thickness of the copper layer is uniform.

2) As the welding wire adopts linear copper plating, the reaction speed of steel wire in the solution (acid solution and copper sulfate) is controlled by the current of the power supply,

which is proportional to the speed of the wire. Therefore, when the machine is stopped or the speed is increased or decreased, the thickness of the copper layer and the pickling strength of the steel wire are less affected, so as to avoid a large number of defective products such as

uneven color or black.

3) The linear copper plated reciprocating winding is less, and the linearity of the welding

wire is easy to control. Therefore, the wire feeding performance of the finished welding wire is due to the reciprocating copper plating.

4) Small floor area, direct copper plating after wire drawing machine, no need for I-shaped wheel turnover and separate copper plating wire; It saves labor. The wire drawing machine is directly connected with copper plating, and can be operated only after the training of the

original wire drawing machine operator;

5) Save energy consumption. After the wire drawing machine, the residual wire drawing powder can be easily cleaned due to the saved waste heat of the welding wire; Save a large part of energy consumption of alkali washing and hot water washing;

6) There are few vulnerable parts. The linear copper plating is relatively non-contact
